Our normal turn around time for shipping your order is 2 weeks after an order is placed! New releases can cause this to take a bit longer but please know we are working tirelessly to get your order out! Please allow this amount of processing time to pass before expecting your shipping notification!

 Refunds

Unfortunately, since all jackets are custom orders, we do not accept returns on those products or other custom orders. However, we are happy to exchange non-custom items. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer)
